Announcing Corinthian Yacht ♣'s Summertime Vintner's Evening on Saturday, June 13, a lavish Cocktail Party featuring the wines of JAQK Cellars. After JAQK Cellar's founders, Jack Templin and Katie Jain, captured our ♥'s with their impressive crafting of popular varietals, the first thing that came to mind was "we're all in!" We've put together a unique evening comprised of a high roller wine tasting , a stacked deck of hors d'oeuves fit for a king or queen, close-up card magic, and a non-stop blackjack table and roulette wheel.

Menu Highlights:

A Yukon Gold Mashed Potato Bar featuring Cabernet Sauce, Basil Pesto, Sauteed Mushrooms, Bacon, Cheddar and Blue Cheeses, Sour Cream, Bacon and Chives. Five Card Crostini, a culinary poker hand featuring Filet of Beef with Caramelized Onions & Horseradish Cream and Olive-Fig Tapenade with Creamy Goat Cheese and three other dealer dealt "cards".

And these Classic Cocktail Party favorites:

Chicken Satay with Indonesian Peanut Sauce, Pigs in a Blanket with Dijon Mustard, Endive Spears filled with Smoked Salmon Mousse and Coconut Prawns with a Sweet Thai Chili Sauce.

As night falls and the moon rises over the San Francsico Bay, we finish the evening with something sweet...

a straight flush of fabulous finger desserts like profiteroles, fresh fruit tarts and chocolate mousse cheesecake triangles!
