Hello Corinthian Cruisers-In,

Just a note to say how pleased we are that you will be cruising in to the Ballena Bay Marina and Yacht Club.  I want to give you some information to make your visit an enjoyable one.

As ;you know, that’s our annual Eric Stone Island Party night, July 25^th.  We’ll need to know how many people will be attending by Monday, July 20^th.

The Marina also needs to know the number of boats that will be in your flotilla and the number of people per boat.  They need to know the beam, length and draft of each boat and whether it’s a power boat or sailboat, so that they can assign you an appropriate slip.  They also require the captain’s name.  Please send that information to me and I’ll take it to the marina. 

The Harbor Master’s Office will have the keys to the gates and will collect your $30 slip fee.  The office is located right between our club and Pier 29 Restaurant, which is up from the fuel dock.  You don’t need keys to get out of the gates to get to the office.  

When the marina office advises me of the slip assignments, I will communicate that to you.  If you can’t find your slip in advance, you may go to the fuel/guest dock and go to the Harbor Master’s office for directions.
