We now will be raising the course a little after the Warning signal. Less error for boats and for committees. Here is the entirety of amendment 2: Amending RRS Rule 27.1: the race committee will designate the course to be sailed before the preparatory signal. [I.e. rather than exactly at the warning signal]You want to see standings? Sure you do. Everybody wants to see standings. Check 'em out. Beware though, protests and stuff like that are pending.
