I, the undersigned, certify that I have read and understand the published racing rules, and I agree to abide by the same. I am entering this race and hold the Corinthian Yacht Club, its Officers, its Directors, and all concerned committees harmless and free of liability of any nature whatsoever for accident or injury to myself, crew or my yacht. I certify that I will maintain marine liability insurance throughout my participation in the regatta. I also certify that I will have personal flotation devices (PFDs) for everyone on my boat and will take responsibility for their proper use.
