I am entering this race and hold the Corinthian Yacht Club, its officers, directors, employees, and all concerned committees and volunteers, harmless and free of liability of any nature whatsoever for accident or injury to myself, crew or my yacht. I certify that I will maintain marine liability insurance throughout my participation in the regatta. I also certify that I will have personal flotation devices (PFDs) for everyone on my boat and will take responsibility for their proper use. I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand all its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and waiver of claims and sign it on my own free will.
