TCW's Women's Sailing Seminar

Ahoy Ladies! The Women’s Sailing Seminar was held this year on Saturday, May 16, and Sunday, May 17!

Each year this two day seminar is hosted by The Corinthian Women and run by Corinthian volunteers.

We began each morning with a light breakfast followed by classroom instruction. This instruction will teach students terminology, rules on the water, wind direction, tying knots, tides, and much more. After lunch we go aboard for hands-on learning on the water. Students put into practice what was learned that morning!

Dames at SeaEach boat will have an experienced skipper and an instructor to guide you and answer any questions. All of our volunteers are patient teachers/sailors, having once been novices themselves they are delighted to be sharing their passion of sailing with you.

Please join us next year for two days of sailing, learning and fun!
